Description:
Academic Coordinator Address:
The ACO created Anti-Drug Awareness Programme among the children about the the harmful effects of drug abuse and the importance of living a healthy and drug-free life.

The topic was explained effectively using a PowerPoint presentation and videos during the speech.

The programme began with a brief introduction explaining the dangers of drugs and how they can affect a person’s health, education, family and future. Children were informed about different types of drugs and how addiction can destroy lives.

Academic coordinator explained that drugs not only harm the body and mind but also lead to serious social problems. The children were encouraged to make wise decisions, stay away from bad influences, and focus on positive activities such as sports, studies, and hobbies.

During the programme, children actively participated in discussions and learned how to say “No to Drugs.” An Anti-Drug Pledge was also taken by the children to promise that they would never use drugs and would spread awareness among their friends and community.

The programme concluded with a strong message that youth are the future of the nation, and it is their responsibility to protect themselves and others from the dangers of drugs.

Also Principal Sir addressed children:
Always remember that true strength lies in making the right choices. Choose good friends, develop healthy habits and spend your time in positive activities such as reading, sports, music, and learning new skills. If anyone ever encourages you to try drugs, be brave enough to say “No.”
Teachers and parents are always there to guide you. If you ever feel confused or pressured, do not hesitate to speak to them. Asking for help is a sign of wisdom and courage.

✅ Conclusion
Overall, the Anti-Drug Awareness Programme was very informative and helped children understand the importance of leading a healthy, safe, and drug-free life.
